Originally from Connecticut in the United States of America, Conal joined the GeT Cameras team in August 2023. Working in the headquarters of GeT Cameras in The Netherlands, he supports our American customers as an Account Executive. His colleagues describe him as being personable, outgoing, and hard-working.

WHY GET CAMERAS?

Before joining GeT Cameras, Conal was working for a virtual online fitness platform in San Francisco. In his role as manager, he attributed to building the company from the ground up while making sure that customer success was at the forefront of everyday operations. Conal's decision to join GeT Cameras was driven by his desire to continue working in a startup environment while exploring a completely different industry. In addition, the fast-paced and continuous learning opportunities captivated his attention. Lastly, he was given the chance to work closely with the executive team, which would enhance his leadership skills. 

Upon his introduction to GeT Cameras, Conal perceived it as a small company with immense potential: “I found out that the machine vision market is a fast-growing market due to several factors. Increased automation, cost reduction and many technological advancements make the machine vision market a growing and interesting market to work for. From my first day on, I felt part of a growing organization in which I could leverage my previous experiences.”

WHAT IS CONAL MOST PROUD OF?

Conal is most proud of his achievement to successfully support and grow together with the North American customers in a remarkably short time. Additionally, he takes pride in building strong relationships with his customers, setting a standard for himself to deliver excellent support and experience how to be an Account Manager.

WHAT DOES THE FUTURE HOLD FOR YOU?

With a new office and colleagues in Charlotte, 2024 started as a promising year. As an experienced account manager, Conal will focus on training the newest team members in the US. Additionally, he says: “Joining GeT Cameras in 2023 at such a crucial time while the company is constantly growing, I now want to focus on the growth and expansion in the American market. With all team members and high potential for growth, I am determined to make a significant impact on the company's success.”
