The usage of the Economy's scale allows for low prices. Daheng Imaging is the largest machine vision camera producer in China. Due to the volume demand and nation of origin in the respective countries, electronic components such as image sensors, FPGA, pcb, resistors, capacitors, coils, connectors, and so on are cheaper on the Chinese market than on the European market. Low raw material prices are achieved by combining high production volumes with solid relationships with sensor manufacturers.

Quality is guaranteed. Daheng Imaging is confident in the quality of their work. The cameras come with a three-year warranty. The importance of quality is not underestimated. All cameras are also put through a rigorous quality control process. Before leaving the factory, Daheng Imaging tests each camera. The cameras are subjected to an in-house 7-day aging test in a hot and humid environment, as well as a 72-hour full load test.
