SOFT-ZAS-TECHSUP-EXT, Zebra Aurora Vision Studio Technical Support Extension

When buying a new Zebra Aurora Vision Studio license, it's including 1 year technical support and updates to latest versions. After that year, you have 2 options:

Option 1: Extend your support license
Buy this tech support extension license, making sure you get the best technical support and you have always the latest version of Zebra Aurora Vision. With a valid support license you can also upgrade your runtime dongles free of charge to the latest version. Please note that if you have a dongle including Deeplearning add on, you have to buy the technical support extension for both Aurora Studio and Deeplearning.

Option 2: Don't extend your support license
You can also decide not to extend the support license. As a result, you can't update to newer software versions of Zebra Aurora Vision. Additionally when you have a support question, these will have a lower priority, so you need to wait longer on answers and support.

We have customers that prefer option 1 and we have customers that prefer option 2. We personally recommend option 1.
