HOW TO ORDER A MACHINE VISION LIGHT FROM OUR CATALOG?

Standard products that are offered in our online store can be ordered directly from the online store. For all other products in this catalog, please send an email to us@get-cameras.com or click on the quotation button. We create the order for you and send you an order confirmation and payment link to complete the ordering process.

LOAN CONDITIONS

Products in this catalog are not available for loan and can’t be returned.

DELIVERY TIMES

Only goods in the list below are on local stock and can be delivered fast in combination with Express handling option. All other products are made on customer order. If light products are ordered together with an industrial camera, these will be shipped together. The delivery time depends on the selected handling option. If only light products are ordered, the standard delivery time is around 3-4 weeks (standard handling) or 4-8 weeks for economy handling. 

DIFFERENT LIGHT COLORS NIR, UV, RGB

On request the lights can be equipped with different LED’s. Examples are Ultraviolet (UV), Near infrared (NIR 750nM, NIR 940nM) and RGB leds. These custom made lighting will always be more expensive than our standard lighting version. Please send an email to cs@get-cameras.com with the part number of the light you want to have equipped with a different LED color.

DIFFUSERS AND POLARIZERS

On request, lights can be equipped with a diffuser or polarizer. Bar lights and backlights are standard equipped with a diffuser. Please send an email to cs@get-cameras.com with the part number of the light you want to have equipped with a diffuser or polarizer filter.

CE & FCC CERTIFICATION

The products are CE certified. The led lights are not FCC certified, as this is not mandatory because it has no active electronics inside, only passive components. The powersupplies are both CE and FCC certified.

WARRANTY

Products in this catalog have a 1 year carry-in warranty.
